The Community Health Van for Guelph and Wellington County has released their schedule of locations they will be visiting during the month of March.
The van which has a nurse and social support worker on board provides harm reduction supplies, food & hygiene products, first aid supplies and occasionally clothing.
The calendar of locations and times where the van will be offering service to those without a primary care providers are below.
