A suspicious seen speeding has ended in charges against an Elora resident.
On January 3rd at around 4:45pm, Wellington County OPP was performing traffic enforcement when they noticed a suspicious vehicle and pulled over the driver on Speers Road in Elora.
As a result a 21 year old of Elora has been charged with Speeding, Careless Driving, Improper Braking System on a Commercial Motor Vehicle and Failure to Surrender CVOR certificate.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
