The community hub of Clifford is getting a transformation.
The Clifford Rotary Celebration Square will be receiving $95,000 worth of improvements to turn the hub into a space capable of holding concerts, markets and other gatherings.
Planned for the square includes tables, benches and a heritage wall which could be used to feature local public art.
The Town of Minto has applied for two federal finding programs to better serve and improve the square.
Depending on when funding is able to come through, construction could start as early as this Fall but its likely improvements won’t be installed until Spring of 2022.
