The Clifford Lions Club is looking at reforming while also looking for new members to join the club.
The club which has been around since 1979 has fallen to just having three members and since they serve both Clifford and Harriston are looking to change their name to the Minto & District Lions Club and an information session is being held later this month to garner more interest in joining.
President of the Clifford Lions Club, Judy Worsley says they want to be able to keep giving back to the community and beyond but just need an extra hand in membership.
“To show the community, just because we have 3 we’ll need a little help to do more. That’s what we’d really like to do, is keep helping the community.” said Worsley.
The meeting will be held on April 17th from 7-9pm downstairs at the Harriston Library.
