Nine tickets were handed out to those attending church for in-person services at Trinity Bible Chapel in Woolwich on Sunday morning.
Police were stopping churchgoers who were seen leaving the area and issuing tickets under the Reopening Ontario Act, each a fine of $750.
Trinity Bible Chapel has many times gone against provincial orders, including having an in-person service when churches in Ontario were to stay closed.
