An Amber Alert issued on Tuesday has resulted in the child being found safe who was last seen in Thunder Bay.
The Amber Alert was called off 8 hours after it was issued with police looking for 28 year old Christopher Poulin.
At around 8:30pm police say the child was found. A warrant was issued for the 28 year old accused of taking the 8 year old boy.
Poulin was wanted on charges including Fail to Provide Necessities of Life, Abduction, Breach of Release and Unlawful Confinement.
Police have not released any other details regarding the investigation.
