A 51 year old Stratford man is facing a long list of charges in relation to last weeks intimate partner violence investigation where a man barricaded himself in a home.
The man on Thursday had assaulted a woman, fled the scene on foot and barricaded himself in a home who was arrested just after 11am.
The man has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, assault with a weapon, five counts of firearm offences, five counts of breaching conditions of release and forcible confinement.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
