After a week announcing the $50 million Lotto Max jackpot was sold somewhere in Perth County, the winner has been found.
Chad and Christa Breyer of Tavistock unknowingly had the winning ticket in their unlocked vehicle for over a week until Christa asked her husband to check the ticket on the OLG lottery app when they were both in shock to discover they won the 50 million jackpot.
Both don’t plan on quitting their jobs and entering early retirement but do plan to buy a bigger home, new vehicles and support a large range of charities close to their hearts.
The winning ticket was sold at the Canadian Tire Gas Bar on Ontario Street in Stratford.
