Applications are now open in Centre Wellington for the Termite Subsidy Program which aims to support residents on reducing the termite population in the area.
The program will provide a subsidy of up to 85 per cent of the installation of Sentricon Bait Stations up to a maximum of $2500 per property.
Mayor Shaun Watters says this is a vital initiative aimed at protecting homes and the community from the destructive impact of termites adding the program will not only support residents with affordable solutions but also safeguard the long term value of the properties.
