Centre Wellington council has agreed on a strategy to guide development of the municipalities first business park.
Council purchased a 58 acre parcel of land in north Fergus last year in February.
A strategy prepared by McSweeney and Associates, presented to a township committee this month is expecting a large demand for the space in the park which could sell out in the first 2 years.
The strategy also shows those industries which would show interest.
Mayor Kelly Linton says this will help put the region on the map and drive jobs into Centre Wellington.
Linton adding more updates will be provided as they come along.
