On April 27th just after 7am, Perth County OPP and Perth County Paramedics responded to a two vehicle collision on Highway 7-19 in Perth South.
Investigation had indicated a vehicle was making a turn when it was rear ended by another vehicle.
One person was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
As a result a 25 year old of Stratford has been charged with careless driving.
The accused was given a provincial notice for the offence.
