Canada’s top doctor is saying while progress for vaccines is on the right track, she added the first set to arrive isn’t enough.
While speaking at the 2020 Canadian Immunization Conference, Tam said larger number of doses could arrive as more and more vaccines get approved and the number scales up.
However while 6 million doses could arrive between January-March, Tam said it isn’t enough to vaccinate those on the priority list from front line workers to those staying in long term care.
