The Application period for the Canada’s Farmers Grow Communities Grant Program has opened online.

Farmers can help improve the lives of people living in rural communities by suggesting a charity that could benefit from a total of 66 grants of $2,500 each.

Farmers can apply on behalf of agricultural societies, 4-H clubs, playgrounds, daycare and school projects, sports organizations, libraries and more.

Applications are being accepted until September 30th.
