Canada has ended their evacuations from Kabul’s airport.
The call to end the evacuation from Canada’s end comes as the clock ticks down to help people flee Afghanistan from the Taliban takeover of the country following a full American withdraw.
General Wayne Eyre, Canada’s acting Chief of Defense Staff said most Canadian personnel left the airport as countries need to leave before the Americans wrap up their mission.
Canadian flights have evacuated around 3,700 people. Eyre adding the last evacuation flight has left.
