There will be a 6.29 per cent property tax impact for residential properties in North Perth.

On Monday, council approved the 2025 Business Plan and Consolidated Budget.

This budget helps prioritize funding for municipal services aligning with residents expectations for service delivery while also investing in needed and future infrastructure.

The 2025 residential levy impact for the North Perth end of the property tax bill equals out to around 39 cents per day.

The 2025 Capital Budget includes a total project cost of $12.5 million, funded through development charges, reserves, tax levies, donations, and grant funding from provincial and federal bodies.
