The Brussels Recreation Department shared word of a generous donation of $25,000 by Brussel Agri Services and its owners Tim & Donna Prior.
The donation towards the Inspiring our Future Fundraising campaign is from business owners that live just outside Brussels and operate a cow calf operation in Grey Township.
The Rec Department calls them true entrepreneurs and operate multiple businesses in the community of Brussels.
They add they are always great supporters of community events & initiatives.
Tim is also a local Lions club member and has served on the Huron County Economic Development board among his volunteer rolls.
Tim’s father was the Chair of the Building Committee when the original arena & community centre was built back in 1977.
