Perth County OPP investigated a break and enter at an address on Holmes Street in West Perth.
On January 23rd at around 12:35pm, police responded when the owner of the home observed a new lock on the storage unit.
Once the lock was removed the storage was opened and several items were missing.
Sometime between January 20th at 8am and January 23rd at around 12:35pm, unknown personas entered the unit and stole several items.
The male was seen on surveillance and arrested by police.
As a result a 46 year old from St Marys was charged with two counts of Break and Enter, Operation while Prohibited and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
