Blyth Festival is working towards having outdoor performances this summer and continues to get closer to their goal.
North Huron council has approved a site for the proposed outdoor performance area at their most recent council meeting.
Planning is still in its early stages with many things still to be considered but progress continues to be at a good pace with council approval of the site. The site plan agreement ensures the development of the lands are in accordance with the plans and documents submitted by the developer.
Fundraising events continue to go on with Blyth Festival. Their most recent art auction fundraiser raised over $16,000.
Anyone looking to donate to Blyth Festival can do so from their website. Donations of $20 or more are tax deductible.
