Fundraising efforts are rolling out in support to get a new playground for Belgrave.
With a goal set of $400,000 the playground is looking to be accessible and inclusive for all to enjoy.
To help reach that goal there a few events taking place to help get closer to their goal including a talent show on June 21st.
Dubbed Belgrave Has Talent, the showcase of local talent is also complete with a steak dinner and silent auction.
Lindsay Marks with the Belgrave Playground Project says anyone is welcome to take part in the talent show.
“We’re running the judging based on two different categories. We’ll have judging for 0-12 years old. The open class is anybody over the age of 12.” said Marks.
June 7th will also see the Community Yard Sale and Bottle Drive take proceeds to support the playground project.
