Huron County OPP was joined with fire crews from Blyth, Brucefield, Clinton, Goderich and Bayfield earlier this morning to a barn fire which has reported significant losses to the operation.
At around 1am, OPP arrived on the scene of a barn fire located on Cut Line in Central Huron. The fire damaged is estimated with losses between $1-3 million.
14 cattle and 9 chickens perished in the blaze with 3 barns destroyed along with straw, feed and equipment.
The cause of the fire is not believed to be suspicious in nature.
