The Avondale United Church in Stratford is holding a conversation on mental health and wellness next week.
The event taking place October 26th from 7-9pm will be led by Catharine Hardman, CEO of the Canadian Mental Health Association of Huron-Perth and the CEO of Huron Perth’s Centre for Children and Youth, Dana Bozzato.
In a release, Hardman says they continue to see the impact of addiction and mental illness in all aspects of the community and this event is a way to start a conversation.
Both Bozzato and Hardman will discuss what mental health means and how one can care for their own wellness.
The event is free to attend.
