The Avon Maitland District School Board issued a draft schedule for the upcoming 2021-22 school year.
In the plan school is set to start for the upcoming school year on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021.
The holiday break at Christmas would run from December 20th until January 2nd.
The school year would run until Monday, June 27th, 2022.

The next step is the submitting of the schedule to the Board of Trustees and then to the Ministry of Education for their approval.
