Applications are now open for the 2025 Attainable Housing CIP Program in North Perth.
Now in its second year, the program is aimed to minimize financial barriers to help create affordable and attainable housing in North Perth.
The Attainable Housing CIP offers a list of incentive programs such as Planning and Building, Tax Increment, Additional Residential Dwelling Unit and Commercial and Rental Housing Conversion and Expansion with up to $100,000 in total funding available.
The intake window for applications will stay until June 30th with a second intake window opening in September.
