The Town of Minto has announced an online safety course entitled “At Home Alone and First Aid For Kids”.
The course will be held on June 21st, 22nd and 23rd form 4 to 5pm.
The 3 day online safety course will educate students on things such as their responsibilities when at home alone, how to respond safely to phone calls an unexpected visitors and when to know they are ready to be left alone.
The course is recommended for youth aged 10 years and up.
The cost for the course is $50.
Students will need access to a computer, the internet and zoom to participate.
