Pam Woodhouse, a teacher at St John Catholic School in Arthur has been recognized with the 2024 Teaching Excellence in Agriculture and Food Education Award.
As given by AgScape, the annual award is given to someone who showcases outstanding dedication to incorporating agriculture and food topics into the curriculum.
Jill Dunlop, Minister of Education says Pam’s passion and dedication to teaching students about agriculture and food is truly remarkable.
Woodhouse was also awarded with $1500 in cash and a certificate acknowledging her significant impact on agriculture and food within the classroom.
