On April 12th at around 4:30am, Wellington County OPP initiated a traffic stop on Jones Baseline in Wellington North.
As a result of the stop and investigation, a 42 year old driver from Arthur was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, Failure to Surrender Permit and Driving While Under Suspension.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
