Arthur will be home to a 197 unit subdivision as approved by council as they advance to the next stage.
The subdivision will have 133 single detached homes and 10 street townhouses with 64 units.
Plans are also in place to have a parking space less than an acre in size on the property bordered by Domville Street to the north of Preston Street.
Construction is ongoing which includes installing services, grading and erosion control, storm water drainage, street lighting, landscaping and sanitary drainage.
All of this work estimated to come with a cost of $10.57 million, as work must be done within five years of the agreement being signed.
