A 40 year old is facing charges stemming from an arson and weapons investigation.
On April 28th at around 6am, Wellington County OPP responded to a disturbance at a home outside of Mount Forest where a victim suffered minor injuries.
As a result a 40 year old man of Durham has been charged with Arson, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Threats and Mischief.
The accused will appear in court in June.
