The Association of Municipalities of Ontario is holding a series of workshops for youth interested in taking a run for municipal office.
With local elections hitting Ontario this October, AMO is offering free workshops for youth, led by three current municipal leaders and providing insights and strategies to build understanding on how to become a candidate and run an election campaign.
All three sessions will be held virtually with the first being on February 18th from 6:30-8:30pm.
The other two dates are set for March 11th and April 15th.
