The Avon Maitland District School Board is launching a new mental health crisis support pathway in both Huron and Perth Counties.
The two year project has been built to create an easy to follow poster, instructional video and webinar.
The resources are designed to guide front line workers through a consistent workflow which represents services, support and rights of clients.
The development of the protocol was made with multiple community partners including the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance, Huron-Perth Children’s Aid Society and Canadian Mental Health Association of Huron Perth.
