A 37 year old is facing a list of charges after striking a guard rail.
On August 8th at around 7:30pm, Wellington County OPP received a call of a crash involving a guard rail on Nelson Street West in Clifford with the driver showing signs of impairment.
Officers arrived, arresting the 37 year old man of Clifford who was charged with Operation While Impaired, Novice Driver with a BAC Above 0, Failure to Surrender Licence and Failure to Report Damage to Property on Highway.
The accused will appear in court in September.
