Another person has been charged stemming from two officers being assaulted from a Fergus incident.
On July 11th at around 8am, police responded to a home for a compliance check on an individual who was released from custody in relation to other criminal matters.
Both officers were attacked when trying to arrest one person with the 21 year old and 18 year old being charged.
Further a 40 year old has now been charged with Assaulting an Officer, Theft Under $5000 and Obstructing an Officer.
The accused will appear in Guelph court in September.
