As the Minto Farmer’s Market began its season last weekend, all plans are in place for the first event at the market.
The Strawberry Social will take place June 20th from 9am-12pm at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum which will feature over 30 vendors, being one of the largest market days of the season.
Families will be able to take part in the Berry Big Strawberry Hunt, a market wide scavenger hunt for a chance to win prizes.
Guests are encouraged to wear red for the event who will receive an extra entry for the market prize draw to win local goods from participating vendors.
Admission is free.
