A 36 year old dump truck driver has been charged following a three vehicle crash.
On June 1st at around 4:15pm police responded to a three vehicle crash at the intersection of Trafalgar Road and Wellington Road 124 in Erin between a dump truck, SUV and four door sedan.
One driver suffered minor injuries.
As a result a 37 year old of Brampton has been charged with Careless Driving, Failure to Stop at Red Light and Failure to Accurately Complete Daily Inspection Report.
The accsued will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
