North Perth crews are completing asphalt road surface treatments this week as part of the preventative road maintenance program.
This work can be seen on Road 158 from Line 84 to Line 75.
During this time, there will be loose stone on the roadway surface for a period of time once the work is done.
The municipality says this is normal and gradually settles into the road surface overtime with traffic.
Drivers are asked to proceed with caution, reduce your speed and allow for extra stopping distance. Loose stone conditions could continue for up to 3 weeks.
