A 41 year old and a business have been charged after a stop in Arthur.
On April 15th at around 12pm, Wellington County OPP on patrol stopped a commercial motor vehicle on Smith Street.
As a result the 41 year old of North York was charged with Failure to Stop on the Right for an Emergency Vehicle, Unnecessary Slow Driving, Falsify or deface record or document and Failure to Accurately Complete Daily Inspection.
A business has also been charged with Failure to Ensure ELD is in Good Working Order, Properly Calibrated and Maintained.
