The Municipality of West Perth is looking at extending servicing to additional lands which are designated for industrial development in the southeast part of Mitchell.
The site located on the north and south sides of Frank Street, west of Water Street is adjacent to existing areas already being utilized for commercial and industrial activities.
Development of the site will include the extension of municipal services including sanitary, water and stormwater drainage.
Planning for this, an environmental process was done to identify any potential environmental impacts associated with the proposal and to plan for appropriate mitigation of any impacts.
There were no negative impacts identified in the project.
