A 33 year old is facing a series of charges after a vehicle left the roadway.
On February 20th just after 1:30am, Perth County OPP, the North Perth Fire Department and Perth County EMS responded to the crash on Perth Road 164 near Perth line 88.
The driver was alone at the time of the crash and taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries where he was later released.
The 33 year old man of Elora was charged with Operation While Impaired, Dangerous Operation and two counts of Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was held in custody and will appear in court next month.
