A 41 year old is facing multiple charges after a crash in Puslinch.
On January 19th at around 11:30pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Highway 6 just south of Morriston.
The driver was not injured in the crash with the 41 year old of Niagara Falls charged with Operation While Impaired, Careless Driving, Failure or Refusal to Comply with a Demand and Failure to Surrender Insurance.
The accused will appear in court next month.
