The Upper Grand District School Board will soon have kindergarten registration open up in January and parents are being reminded of some things to keep in mind before registering.
Heading into the 2026-27 school year, children born in 2022 are able to attend junior kindergarten while 2021 born children eligible for senior.
Those who have children attending JK within the school board do not need to re-register for senior.
Registration will open January 6th and parents will need proof of age such as a birth certificate, proof of address and any immunization records needing to be submitted directly to Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health.
