Helping honour Remembrance Day, the front lawn at the Wellington County Museum and Archives now has over 500 memorial markers on display.
Each of these markers bears a name which honours Wellington County’s fallen from World War I, World War II, Korea and Afghanistan.
On November 5th Royal Canadian Legion Members will read the names of each of the fallen.
On November 10th starting at 5:30pm a remembrance candle will be placed at each memorial marker as a tribute to the fallen with the candles staying lit until November 12th.
