A 34 year old is facing charges after a dog attack in Fergus.
On October 18th at around 7pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a report of an unleashed dog attack against a victim and another dog while walking through a wooded area on Gauley Drive.
The victim was sent to hospital for assessment with both the victim and victim’s dog sustaining minor injuries.
A 34 year old has been charged with two counts of Failure to Prevent Dog from Biting, and Failure to Restrain Dog by Leash and Muzzle.
