The Town of Erin is updating their Comprehensive Zoning By-law.
This is being done as its required to implement the land use policies set out in Erin’s Official Plan and recent changes to planning legislation.
The Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw review will be undertaken in five phases.
These phases include Project Initiation, Data Collection & Background Review, Public Consultation, Summary Report and a Final Recommendation Report.
The town is expecting this review will be complete next year.
