Wellington County OPP have charged a Brampton resident and a business after a commercial motor vehicle stop in Erin.
On September 29th at around 2:30pm, OPP was conducting traffic enforcement when a CMV was stopped on McCullogh Drive.
A 24 year old has been charged with Driving a CMV with a Major Defect, Overweight on Tires, Improper Tires and Failure to Accurately Complete Daily Inspection Report.
A business has also been charged with Failure to Ensure Performance Standards were Met and Failure to Ensure Daily Inspection is Conducted Properly.
All will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
