The last of the Automated Speed Enforcement Cameras are being put in place in Rockwood later this week.
The camera will go live on July 16th on Wellington Road 27 between Rockmosa Drive and Edgar Bonner Avenue.
This will be the 7th and final location of the camera as part of Wellington County’s one year pilot programme aimed to reducing speeding and improve driving behaviors.
The site in Rockwood was chosen based on traffic data analysis and safety reviews done as part of the County’s Road Master Action Plan.
