A man is being asked to turn himself in after failing to remain at a crash which killed a woman.
On Wednesday at around 5:20pm the crash took place on 7th Avenue near the entrance to the Hanover Park.
The victim was struck by a 2007 red PT Crusier with Ontario plates CKPR 013.
The man fled the scene at a high rate of speed going northbound on Bruce Road 10 towards Elmwood.
Hanover Police Chief Christopher Knoll is appealing to any witnesses or those along 7th Avenue from the Hanover District Hospital to the 10.4 Junction to review any surveillance footage for the red PT Cruiser between 5-5:30pm.
