A single vehicle crash involving a train bridge has resulted in a stoppage of traffic in West Perth.
On Wednesday, Perth County OPP responded to the crash on Perth Road 145 south of Line 34 at the Goderich-Exeter Railway bridge.
The bridge sustained damages which required trains to be stopped until repairs are done.
Perth Line 145 will be closed between Line 34 and Line 32 for around one week.
There isn’t a time yet for when the stop train will be lifted and bridge reopened.
As a result a 45 year old of Stratford has been charged with Careless Driving.
