One person has been charged in a fatal crash in North Perth back in March.
The crash which occurred on March 18th eventually led to the arrest of a 19 year old man on May 13th.
The man from North Perth has been charged with Careless Driving Causing Death.
The accused will appear in Stratford court next month.
