The Town of Erin has named Omega Canine Control Services as the municipality’s new animal control provider as of Monday.
As part of the change, the town is now offering animal control response 24 hours a day significantly enhancing service to the community.
Mayor Michael Dehn says by moving to a 24/7 response model and working with a trusted local provider they are improving the safety and well being of both residents and animals in the community.
The town says the times to call canine control is to report a dog running loose, if a pet is bitten by another animal and if a stray dog is found.
