Wellington County OPP have arrested a man after a break and enter in Guelph-Eramosa.
On April 27th at around 6:30am, OPP were called to an active report of a break and enter and theft which took place at a residence on Second Line where the caller was in a fresh foot chase with the suspect.
Police arrived shortly after and arrested the man without incident.
As a result a 33 year old has been charged with Possession of Break In Instruments and two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
